I have a small 120V dorm fridge in my TT. It will stay surprisingly cool for a long time,especially if loaded with chilled food and liquids. When operating at 80W, it has a 4:1 duty cycle at 80f (leaving the door closed). When transporting, it is powered by an inverter and the TT's batteries. Batteries are charged by a solar panel.
If I had the room (I don't, I have a TC), I'd do the dorm fridge thing. Have one in the shop for 'beverages' actually.
