Cool Boxes... Anybody have one and how do you like it?

Been kicking around purchasing a Dometic dual zone cool box (Waeco Compressor) unit for the backseat of the pickup and for the wife to keep refrigerated foods in when she's going shopping to keep them...

Seriously though, in the UK they won't even strive to keep a child alive or allow the child to seek alternate medical care in a different country. But this is a dog, so...
