Yep. And, as others have said, a hat. A scarf also keeps in a shocking amount of warmth.
For me, the key is to preheat the bed so I am not spending hours gradually warming it up with body heat. I use the elec mattress pad for that, but you could use a hot water bottle.
And keep an extra blanket handy to pull over you at 5am :).
Oh, and put a lightweight sheet on TOP of all your blankets! You will be amazed. It 'floats' over the sticky-uppy bits of your top quilt and traps lots of warm air.
