I would think that when Cooper said return the tires they meant for you to get 2other Cooper tires put on, this is what they should have done for free.

I had the tires installed one day and left the next day on our trip.......kinda hard to get two tires replaced when driving down the road on an emergency trip....The first conversation with the customer service rep. when I told here which tires and what size they were she stated that they had pin holes in them which would not show leaks using the standard water test unless they were mounted on the vehicle and under weight. The email that she sent stated to return the tires to the selling dealer. There was no Cooper dealer near where we were....
