One of the problems Bob, is that you never specified what YOU need on a day to day, month by month basis. And yes, I just reread the thread. If you get down to what you require in a month in terms of specific needs via all entities, answers might be more relevant.
I am guilty of meandering off path here. As I mentioned before, we no longer want any of this c*** but we've had it all. Be specific and I can tell you our experiences with virtually anything you can name in this realm.
