Coumadin and Dentistry

My wife has been on Coumadin since 1971. She has 2 mechanical heart valves, 3 bypass, and a pacemaker. Cleveland Clinic recommends to not stop Coumadin if you have mechanical heart valves. She was qualified for home testing, but prefers the Coumadin clinics across the USA. She has an order, the testing lab faxes the results to the home Coumadin clinic. They call on the cell telephone with the new results and adjusted dosage if needed. We use hospital outpatient since they run the test in house.
