Just make sure your insurance is paid up.
Hah! LOL! That's part of the problem - since my camper was totaled by the ins co last year,
I made necessary repairs but now have no insurance whatsoever on the camper and the truck only has liabilty ins - I cannot get collision/comprehensive ins! So, any damage repair that occurs now will be paid out-of-pocket. That's why I'm so concerned about protecting my property from damage!
The insurance company totaled your RV and you kept it and fixed it?:H
Doesn't that mean that you don't have a clear title to it anymore which would also make it unable to register it for plates?
It has been my understanding that once a vehicle is totaled by the insurance company it is then noted on the title and you can not register it to get plates.
It depends on your Location. My Motorhome was totaled. Tennessee does not require that the Title be surrendered after one is totaled.
