I did get up to the roof, cleaned and caulked the cracks, left the inner cover off. I was planning on resealing the roof this spring, so replacing the skylight at the same time would be nothing to do. I may let it dry out, see what it looks like. I did ask my insurance when I filed the claim on house and car and was told if anything came up I had 1 year from the storm to file a claim.
