I went back up the next day, and with the cool damp weather the silicone didn’t set well. Window and door was all I had. I ended up trapping that part of the roof since it was going to start another 3 day stretch of rain. Went out today after work and all the wood is dried and not soft. Hopefully I caught it in time and caught it early. Ordering a new skylight tonight.
