What restaurant would be like Cracker Barrel on the West coast and NW?

We have Cracker Barrel here in ID. I would say that Black Bear Diner would be about the closest to Cracker Barrel, but they are different.

There is nothing like Cracker Barrel except Cracker Barrel, and they aren't here. For the same type and quality of food in a chain, you might try Shari's.

For tasty Southern cuisine although not part of a chain you might try this place in PortlandBernie's

The words Qracker Barrel and quality crossed my mind at tbhe same time once - before eating there the first time. Hole in the wall places serve much better food. My FIL took me to a place in Middleberg once - every one in the place including kids was wearing at least one item of camoflage - most were covered head to toe. Best breakfast I ever had.

Come on, there must be somewhere on the west coast that specializes in runny eggs.

Get a local to take you, or you will NEVER find the place. Yes, it is awesome food and portions, but not very visible from the street.
