That just means no one at FF/Atwood proofread the webpage before it was posted online (or since). It does highlight an interesting fact though. All of the fan models must have the same fan motor, as evidenced by the fact that the upgrade kit:

can be used to upgrade any of them. The 3-speed fans are speed-limited on the switch. Convert it to a 6600R and it becomes a 14-speed fan.
I have the 6600R in my bathroom. The best feature, IMO, is the rain sensor.
