our visa flex perks travel card is the one we use the most. Pay everything we can on it, including utility bills, insurance etc. last year that gave us over $2000 in airline tickets. No restrictions on tickets, book them through Travelocity. If you don't want airline tickets, you can use the points on a variety of merchandise, hotel car rental etc.
And for gas, penfed visa gas card. You get a 5% credit at the end of the month on fuel purchases that is credited BEFORE they bill you. No limit on daily, monthly or annual fuel purchases that I have seen.
