I have a small monthly subscription that's charged to our "backup" card, and that charge gets paid automatically each month from our checking account, so no interest is paid. That's all it takes to keep the card active.
Good advice. We do the same thing with our Capitol One Card. Every month or so we buy a tank of gas or a few groceries and pay it right off.
