Dija see in Click and Clack that valve jobs are required / highly recommended in CRV's and Elements at 90K? With so many used as Toads, I thought I'd pass this along. Google it

Depending on what year they do not have timing belt, but timing chains. The valve noise is normal, just keep the right oil in them.
