CRV = PIA

Finished setting up the CRV for first time towing. What a pain messing with that silly mini (micro) fuse for the radio! The location of the panel is bad. So, I decided to install a fuse by-pass in what should be a 30 minute job at most including a coffee break. Finally done after three hours, a inflamed knee and lots of Motrin. Oh how I miss my old Jeep already! But it is done and ready for a test tow on a short trip to the Smokies.

    Why just install a battery disconnect switch at the battery? I have and use when I tow my Honda Pilot to prevent any discharge while towing. It prevents any discharge.

    When I disconnect I turn the wheel to reconnect and reset the radio and clock and back in business.
    Works for me.
