Center to center is 22" apart on my truck. I installed mine with the quick install brackets for the truck and everything lined up easily for drilling. If you go to the Curt website you might be able to get install instructions with the measurements as well.
Thanks wild one. Appears to be a standard width. With that measurement I went and looked at the hitch. Same size.
