Like you, I wanted a hitch that would handle a bigger 5er if I go with one, and the B&W had the lowest ratings of hitches that use the Ford puck system. After looking at what was out there, I went with the Curt. Liked the rating, SAE certified, has a fully articulating head(360 degrees movement) verses just front to back and side to side, rubber mount to take away some vibration, head assembly mounts directly to the base, the hitch indicator takes away any doubt.
So far I am very pleased with my decision. I don't have any hitching/unhitching issues, very smooth, quiet pull.
