In addition to the above described attributes of a B&W hitch, I didn't see anyone mention customer service by B&W. I have had a B&W turnover ball hitch and 5th wheel companion for about 12 years. I used to remove and replace the Companion a couple of times a year, after a couple of years, the nuts on the big U bolts would not torque up. I called B&W, gave them the serial number on my Companion, and a couple of days later I had a set of new U bolts, nuts and washers. Done that twice. When I traded in my 2003 Silvarado, I notices that a couple of the ribs in the bed had flattened a little from the pin weight of the trailer. I "new to me" truck I bought already had the turn over ball hitch, so I called B&W and explained about the issue with the ribs in the bed of my old truck flattening. They sent me a kit with brackets that attach to the "feet" on the companion that spread the weight of the trailer to both the ribs and the valleys in the bed of the truck, no charge. Best customer service on RV related issues I have ever experienced.
