information for restring a day night shade or know any one who does this

I found the holes drilled in the metal rails had huge burrs, so I cleaned them up before restringing. I also glued the plastic bushings in place.
They also talk about a threader for the string. I used some thin crazy glue on about 3" of the string and it makes it stiff.
In case you have this problem.
On my MH, before I restrung it, the right side window shade used to creep down blocking the window I needed to see cross traffic. I propped it up with a sprung curtain rod (actually one of those rods you use to keep stuff from falling out of your fridge).
