Camping world had the repair kit on sale so picked one up and fixed one of the small shade that had frayed....was an easy fix but just had to take time and follow the instructions....the shade worked...

What I referred to as grommets look like "open" rivets as it were, and the mfgr. Installed them upside down. I bought all mine from Fixmyblinds.com
