And they cant expect a return customer right? I owned my own business for 35 yrs and regardless of what equipment a customer was buying weather it was $100.00 or $100,000 always treated them all very well you cannot believe how many purchasing agents switched jobs and would call us up and say hey remember that $100.00 widget we bought 5 yrs ago well we now need a $10,000 widget at my new company.
Superior service will ALWAYS bring back customers to spend money also they did not have to sell me the unit for that price they had three of them on the lot so they had a chance to sell one also there was another dealer willing to sell it for that price.
