It wasn't washed or cleaned when we bought it on November 18th of 2014 they were to dealer prep it and remove decals when we were to bring it home. Frankly they are being very short sighted this is our first camper and we are all ready thinking we need to go bigger, had the same problem when we first started buying boats suffered from 2ft ITIS every few yrs we bought a bigger boat, and frankly all 4 boats were purchased from the same dealer he knew what to expect treated us right before during and after the sale all told we bought 4 Searays the last being a 32 footer from him gave us a good price gave us a good trade in etc...
