If the service manager is so unhappy with the contract you made, perhaps you should be a nice guy and let them out of the deal.
Once they refund 100% of your money, you can find a new dealer.
I know it is unrealistic it but you should make the offer anyway just to let him know you will not allow him to walk all over you.
If they cannot or will not make it shiny for delivery, keep your $250.00 and move on.
