Dealer issue?
So went to pick up our brand new camper which we bought in November but left stored at the dealer for winter storage. Part of the deal was the dealer was going to remove all the stickers in the front ...

I think that you are not communicating with the right people. I have to wonder how the service manager knows what you agreed to with the sales department. You should talk with the general manager and produce whatever documents you have supporting your claims about when a wash and clean up was to occur.
