The service manager should have been aware of the terms agreed on because he is, wait for it...the service manager. They paid the lot boy the same amount to do a bad job as a good one, so that is a dealer problem. At this point, I would inform them I will take the camper as is, and complete the work myself. The $250 will go towards cleaning material and a nice dinner out.
