Next time. Collect from the customer for the labor like most other non-selling dealers do. Let the customer collect from the manufacturer. I've had to do this a couple times as a RV owner. I have then submitted my copy of the receipt to Heartland and had a check in my hands within less than 2 weeks...I did have to get any work pre-authorized which only makes sense.
