Did the cover blow off your TT ???

Just east of Donegal, PA (I believe the area is called Jones Mills) on route 31, there is a storage facility. There is a travel trailer by the fence, along the road, that has the cover laying on the ground next to it.

Have you checked your cover lately?????

  • Watching covers on RVs is kind of a sport for me. I lived in Estes Park, Colorado for 31 years. People would cover their RVs in storage. Most would be flapping by November. When the big blows happened, some of the covers looked like sheets on a clothes line.

Live in Buena Vista now. We still see some rookies trying to cover RVs. The covers for the most part look like a tattered flag by this time of year. In wind prone areas, you'll most like do more damage to your rig and the ones parked next to you.
  • ours has been thru a number of big wind storms and is just fine.
  • Ours is OK. We tie it down with boat fenders half filled with sand.
