I seriously doubt the entry steps are rated for 400 pounds of weight...probably collapse or tear loose from going in and out. I doubt the furniture is rated for 400 pounds of weight including the bed (1/2 inch OSB board), couch (light flexsteel), dining booth (1/4-1/2 plywood) and bathroom fixtures (plastic mounted to 1/2 OSB board floor with a couple 1/4 inch bolts). I also would be concerned with the 1/2 inch flooring used in most campers (especially around the furnace vents), can easily stick foot through plastic vents. In my opinion it would be total abusive to the camper. A liability issue waiting to happen.
A lady weighting around 200 pounds was entering my Newmar and broke the safety entrance handle off trying to pull herself up the steps....luckily she did not fall backwards enough to be hurt. RV fixtures are not designed for excessive weight.
I was thinking the same thing. The toilet may not even handle that amount of weight.
