Does anyone know if you can tow a 2013 an automatic 2.0 L Ford Escape 4X4 with four wheels down?

If it is a 2012 Ford Escape Hybrid Hybrid Base or Limited AWD L4 2.5L cyl Automatic, CVT CVT, it can be towed. And there are glowing reviews for the Escape Hybrids out there! But I don't know if the 2013 model is the same, or different.
