If you want a "C" with off-road capability (note, this is something that won't allow you to do gnarly parts of Moab, but more of not getting stuck), Phoenix Cruiser offers all their "C"s with the option of a Quigley 4x4 conversion. They will ride a bit stiffer, but it might be just the option.
