There are two questions that I can answer. First Express Scripts will send your meds to a mail service IF you use the form:
John Doe
111 N. 3rd Street Apt. 3244 (where 234 is the PMB personal mail box)
This is totally acceptable to USP, UPS and FedEx. Next did you realize that you can have the VA change you prescriptions to CVS and that CVS will fill them anywhere there is a CVS (once you are in their system)?
As for the testing, you can do this at almost any lab or hospital and have the results faxed to your doctor, they can then send a renewal to CVS and you will have it. I've been doing this for 5 years as a full timer with almost no problems. When I ran into a problem I had the meds FedEx'ed over night.
