If you have the ACME dolly and you need to store it you can unhook it, roll it to the back of the cg site and if needed stand it straight up. Obviously you need to make sure it will not fall over and hurt you or your mh. When I had my ACME and had a back in site I would unhook it and just roll it to the back of the site. Like you said it depends.
