Displaying American flag during hours of darkness

Dad is a vet and displays his flag on a flagpole attached to the house, but it's under an overhang. At night it's not illuminated however.

When I display the flag at our camper, it's on a PVC flagpole that can rotate with the wind. Two solar powered LED lights illuminate it after dark. When I am not there, I put the flag in storage.
