Years ago My dad had a cab over camper on a pick up. We towed a boat. He installed a window unit ac and he had a rack built like yours on the front for a generator. This was in 1970.The rack had two connection points that bolted up under the bumper to the front of the truck frame, Nice and solid had a trailer hitch on front to. We would get to the lake and unhook boat from rear and hook it on front then just drove forward down the ramp to launch. Then just back back up ramp after launch. He missed his calling , should have patened it back then. He was ahead of his time. Campers just slid into the bed of the truck at that time. Not any side storage like there is today.He said the Ac and generator was so Mamma would go with us, and she did.Fishing with my dad and boyscouts is why I still camp and travel in Mo HO today. You have a nice looking setup.
