I wouldn't worry about it... I have never seen my power card JUMP when power was connected.
I have seen that happen on welding cables however...
Back in my working days we used to maintain 22 each 50KW RCA VHF Transmitters providing RF power to a 2-mile long SPACE SURVEILLANCE Antenna Array near Wichita Falls TX that used 5EA RCA 6166A pentode air cooled power tubes in parallel in each transmitter cabinet. The filaments of this tube required 5V at 168AMPS for each tube in the transmtter. You certainly would see the large power cable JUMP when power was first applied... This electron tube weighed around 16LBS each..
