I was under the impression that a weight distribution system purpose was solely to distribute weight equitably between the tow vehicle and trailer -- NOT to use as a leveling scheme. I also have read that if the difference between the tow vehicle hitch and trailer hitch exceeded 4", that the tow vehicle hitch needed to be adjusted accordingly. Given that, it sounds like a receiver ball adjustment needs be made....
