Get the paper copy or download your WDH manual. Walk through the set up procedure. That will tell you if you have enough adjustment or need to get another "stinger" or drawbar with more drop for it. It's a new truck and a new trailer. Start over new with the WDH. It starts with the ball positioned relative to the trailer coupler per the manual.
That is what the person at e-trailer said. Got to go to the storage lot and take a measurement.
