While I have no idea where to look, and no inclination to waste my time doing so, as a LEO and for many years as an accident investigator I have personal knowledge where supplemental braking system came into play during a court session. In two instances the driver was found negligent and in another he was ruled partially negligent. A few days ago, a Tenn. trooper was killed while working an accident when hit by a motorhome driver. You can bet your bippy his rig will be inspected, reinspected and ripped for weight, braking system, length and any other safety issues. Criminal negligence is simply stupid.....Dennis
