Everybody talks about how important it is to have goals, but I disagree. A goal has to be specific, measurable, and has a deadline. (For example, retire at 60 years old with x dollars in the bank) ...

Hmmmmmm, and all the time throughout my life, all those mistakes that I made, that actually turned out profitable, were aims and goals? Interesting. I think many people, like me, stumble through life and and then wonder how they became sucessful. I never had an aim or goal. So far my whole life has been a blast.
