I keep things simple and consistent and have been doing it this way for many years.
Apon dumping the black, I flush 2 toilet bowls of fresh water, a squirt of Dawn dish liquid and a scoop of happy camper.....repeat after each dump.
The most important thing to remember is never let the black tank go dry.
