Nothing will change it appreciably - not air shocks or air ride or better shackles. Those things can make it better but as someone who knows back pain I can tell you that those things only make a very minor improvement.
New trucks are only slightly better if they have air ride.
If she cant stand what you have now, she wont be able to tolerate even the best of new HD trucks.
