What brand or name of this bile rack? I saw this on the back of a motorhome and really like the design

I thinks it's homemade too. However, it does look a lot like a bike rack we used to use on our 5er. It was this model. It worked well for us for many years. We couldn't use it on the rv since we now tow a jeep behind.
