Too bad you cant tow anything of size with an electric car since we are on an RV forum.

Howdy. The new Teslas have a tow rating of 4000 and 5000 pounds. (I have seen both numbers. I don't know about the bolt and the leaf is not rated but people tow utility trailers as the hitch and light kit is available thru KURT.
Charge times are 30 minutes but technically that's to 80 percent but also assuming its empty. 20 minutes is what many find to be a reasonable number for those of us who don't run to empty. Them again, that's only if you are charging on a longer trip. For the vast majority it takes 20 seconds to charge. 10 seconds at night to plug in and 10 seconds in the morning to disconnect. For us that is about twice a week.
