Does costco give discount off of posted fuel price.

So we were at Costco again today and once again noted that there was about a fourty five minute wait to get fuel again. We decided to swing the pump to see what the price was and it was 2,36.9. We swu...

I see a tanker truck at Costco several times a week. I would think with this volume of fuel being used that water in the fuel would be almost nil. I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles on Costco fuel
