Does your toad's license plate light up while being towed?

When we had older, simpler Toads, I wired right into the Left Front Park/Turn/Running Lights. With the Coach Head/Running lights on, the whole Toad lit up. Front and Rear Running Lights, Tag Light, even the Dashboard.
In Turn, both the Front and Rear Turn signals (amber) flashed. But those also were came on in Stop. However, the Brake Buddy put Red Right, Left, and Third Brake Lights on, too.
