How many of you that think this is okay would allow your kids to ride on the back of a TT? Have you got a clue as to the amount of bounce that TT has going down the road. Even on what appears to be a smooth highway. That dog can't even rest as he/she is bounced around in that carrier. Even inside the TT there is too much bounce that a human couldn't ride comfortably. We secure items inside our TT's because we don't want them bouncing around, yet everytime we stop at a CC we have to reseat seat cushions, close a drawer that opened, maybe a cabinet door or refer door, yet you can't understand how traumatic that ride is for your pet?
No! Not anywhere close to the back of a pick-up truck. Though I wouldn't put our dogs in an open pick-up truck bed either. Our dogs are part of our family and they ride in the truck cab with us.
