Many parks don't allow you to leave the dog in the camper while you are gone. check with the park, if there is one bothering you next door like.
And to me it makes no difference if the owner is there or not. We hear a lot of dogs barking all the time with their owners there with them. To me that's more of an issue.
And yes, we have a dog.
