My point is, noise is going to happen. It's not right to focus on a single source of noise; If not barking dogs, it will be something else. It's impossible to control all the noise, unless you are very, very wealthy.
I understand and sympathize that every person has a "trigger sound" that makes the blood boil. For me it's diesels and motorcycles... man I can't wait for the hogs and rigs to start rolling into the campground up the road from my home.
