Personally I would be more upset with someone who doesn't pick up after there dog/s have done there business. I always do but, it can be hard to find at times. I let my dog out in the morning tied to the picnic table by chain while I have breakfast. You'd think what he leaves behind should be easy to find but, I have had times when I have to look for it for quite awhile. It can hide in the grass and dirt. Sometimes I find it the had way by stepping in it. That's why I'm careful to pick it up. I know it's no fun to step in.
