If dog owners who leave their dogs in their RV all day while out touring and their dogs bark none stop all day while they are gone are made aware of that when when they get back. What do the dog owner...

I'm not a dog owner so I really don't understand the objection owners have to bark collars. Dogs are not dumb and I think would quickly learn not to to sound off all the time. It's a form of training.
Multiple members here have tried to explain, and yet you continue to argue the point, as person that does not even own a dog.
We obviously are not going to change your mind even with the many years of experience training dogs that you lack.
